'Everybody Loves Raymond' Star Sawyer Sweeten Dead at Age 19: Reports

The child star reportedly committed suicide while visiting his family in Texas

Sawyer Sweeten, the actor who played Ray Romano’s son on Everybody Loves Raymond has reportedly killed himself at the age of 19.

Sawyer died of a possible suicide, his manager confirmed to Variety on Thursday.

Sweeten and his twin brother, Sullivan, played Geoffrey and Michael Barone, on the hit sitcom, which ran from 1996 to 2005. Their sister, Madylin, also appeared on the show, playing their sibling Ally Barone on the series.

Madylin Sweeten wrote on Facebook on Thursday afternoon, “At this time I would like to encourage everyone to reach out to the ones you love. Let them have no doubt of what they mean to you.”

Radar Online reports that Sawyer was visiting family in Texas when he went out onto the front porch and shot himself.
