The on-again, off-again couple have been spotted out together on PDA-filled outings several times since ending their engagement in June, and it appears the pair are rekindling their romance.

PEOPLE has learned Roberts, 24, booked a $4,500 a night Malibu beachside property via Airbnb to celebrate the New Year with her former fiancé.

The American Horror Story costars were spotted throughout Malibu grabbing coffee at Starbucks, strolling hand-in-hand on the beach and enjoying their five bedroom vacation home right on the water.

The niece of Julia Roberts shared a snap from her Malibu staycation on Instagram writing, “Perfect way to start 2016 @airbnb.” The Scream Queens star showed off a short hairdo and modeled a red backless one piece swimsuit.

Peters, 28, started dating Roberts in 2012 and became engaged to the actress in 2013. The couple ended the engagement earlier this year. But in September, the pair was spotted holding hands while running errands and Peters joined Roberts at the Scream Queens premiere a few weeks later.
