Former “Baywatch” actress and Playboy model Carmen Electra has filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles against Candie’s Inc., claiming that the perfume and fashion company improperly used her on its Web site. According to her legal papers, Electra says that her name and likeness appeared after the expiration date of a four-month advertising campaign that had featured her and basketball star Dennis Rodman. (The couple filed for divorce last year.) She is seeking unspecified damages, says the Associated Press, which was not successful in obtaining a comment from Candie’s.
