London’s Appeals Court has overturned an earlier decision by London’s High Court that had banned the glossy British publication Hello! from running unauthorized photos of the star-studded Nov. 18 wedding in New York of Michael Douglas, 56, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, 31. The bride and groom had sued Hello! because they had sold the exclusive rights to wedding photos to OK! magazine (an archrival of Hello!) for a reported $1.4 million. Copies of Hello! with the disputed photos had to be yanked off newsstands in light of the first decision but are now expected to be distributed as normal. There has been no comment from the newlyweds, who are still thought to be on a honeymoon in the Bahamas.
