Weakest Link host Anne Robinson – known for her snarky quips and trademark wink – has been ordered to pay her estranged husband $40 million, according to a report in the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

The divorce settlement follows 10 months of protracted negotiations with John Penrose, who also managed his wife’s career during their 27-year union.

Under the terms of the settlement, the British quiz show host keeps $84 million of her fortune, including four homes: A townhouse in London, a Manhattan penthouse, a mansion in The Hamptons and a cottage in Gloucestershire.

Penrose tells PEOPLE he’s still close with his ex. “We remain very good friends and hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of each other,” he said.
