Celebrity WATCH: Donald Trump Debunks Wig Rumors By Letting Jimmy Fallon Mess Up His Hair on 'Tonight Show' The GOP nominee debunked wig rumors By Karen Mizoguchi Updated on October 4, 2016 07:39 PM Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: Andrew Lipovsky/NBC While his opponent has been questioned on her health and her emails, Donald Trump is still tackling the biggest hair mystery ever known to a presidential candidate. And on Thursday’s episode of The Tonight Show, the GOP nominee debunked wig rumors by proving that the inanimate object that rests on his scalp is indeed his natural ‘do. Late-night host Jimmy Fallon did what most have only wished of doing: aggressively tousling Trump’s hair. Fallon began by buttering Trump up, praising him on an “amazing and exciting” campaign so far. “You say some shocking things … I can’t even believe,” Fallon said with Trump responding, “But I’m trying not to.” Finally, Fallon asked the million dollar question: “Can I mess your hair up? I’ll be gentle.” “So long as the people in New Hampshire, where I’m going to be in an hour or so – I hope they understand.” Also in his monologue, Fallon poked fun at the night’s guest saying, “It’s been a busy week for Trump. Earlier today, he appeared on Dr. Oz, and said that he wants to lose about 15 pounds. Then his barber said, ‘Hey, come by any time you like!'” Hillary Clinton will be appearing on The Tonight Show Monday. On Sept. 26, both presidential candidates will participate in their first debate against one another, moderated by NBC Nightly News anchor Lester Holt.
