Less than 24 hours after Hillary Clinton delivered a withering rebuke of Donald Trump‘s economic policies, the presumptive GOP nominee returned the favor with a speech criticizing what he described as the former secretary of state’s failed policies and bad judgement.

“She’s a world-class liar. Just look at her pathetic email and server statements, or her phony landing in Bosnia, where she said she was under attack and the attack turned out to be young girls handing her flowers,” the billionaire businessman told supporters at Trump Soho in New York Wednesday morning. It was “a total and self-serving lie.”

Trump claimed that Clinton has prioritized “making money for special interests and taking money from special interests.” “They totally own her and that will never, ever change, including if she ever became president, God help us,” said Trump, whose children Tiffany, Eric and Ivanka were among the crowd.

“She doesn’t have the temperament or, as Bernie Sanders said very strongly, the judgement to be president,” he continued. “She believes she’s entitled to the office. Her campaign slogan is ‘I’m with her.’ You know what my response to that is? I’m with you, the American people.”

Trump also took aim at Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, alleging the Clintons “used the State Department to enrich their family at America’s expense.” “She gets rich making you poor,” he said.

In the lengthy speech, Trump went on to criticize Clinton’s “disgraceful performance” as secretary of state, accusing her of corruption in areas including the U.S. economy and foreign policy.

“The Hillary Clinton foreign policy has cost America thousands of lives and trillions of dollars – and unleashed ISIS across the world. No secretary of state has been more wrong, more often, and in more places than Hillary Clinton. Her decisions spread death, destruction and terrorism everywhere she touched,” Trump said, pointing to her decision to invade Libya.

Addressing Clinton’s views on immigration – what he referred to as “the most radical immigration platform in the history of the United States” – Trump said, “I only want to admit people who share our values and love our people. Hillary Clinton wants to bring in people who believe women should be enslaved and gays put to death.”

Hillary Clinton on Donald Trump: ‘We Were Not Friends’

“Hillary Clinton may be the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency,” Trump added to a standing ovation and cheers of “Trump, Trump, Trump” from the crowd.

Trump’s takedown comes after Clinton ripped into the presumed GOP nominee’s business failures and economic plans in a speech in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday. Clinton cast Trump as dangerous for the U.S. economy and alleged that his policies would drive the U.S. deeper into debt, plunge the country into a recession, and cause millions of Americans to lose their jobs. She also criticized Trump’s foreign policy proposals in a similar speech in San Diego earlier this month.

Trump dismissed Clinton’s economy takedown in an interview with CBS This Morning on Wednesday, saying a Trump presidency would “bring back jobs and it’ll bring back businesses.”

Trump also accused Clinton of “giving a lot of favors” in exchange for donations to her campaign. “She’s going to be owned by Wall Street, she’s going to be owned by the banks, she’s going to be owned by a lot of different groups, or she wouldn’t be raising the money. I don’t like doing that. I would rather say it like it is All of the money she’s raising, that’s blood money.”

Also on Wednesday, Trump’s campaign announced it was rolling out a new website,, which the campaign said “will showcase some of Clinton’s most disastrous lies to the American people.”

“Crooked Hillary has continually placed Washington D.C. special interests’ priorities over the interests of everyday Americans,” a statement said. “Four years of Crooked Hillary in the White House is not a risk Americans can take.”
