Leonardo DiCaprio is making waves in Thailand again. Last year activists hounded the star because they claimed his movie “The Beach” caused environmental damage to an island. Now Thai Customs officers have seized a parcel containing 120 videotapes DiCaprio sent to students at a private school on the outskirts of Bangkok. The officials say $324 in duty is owed, but the school doesn’t have the money, says the Thai Rath newspaper, which reports that the video package contains a profile of the star and copies of “Titanic.”
