Demi Moore has listed her Central Park-adjacent New York City penthouse in the iconic San Remo for $75 million, The New York Times reports.

“I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time,” Moore, 52, told the paper in an email.

Her triplex south tower penthouse includes some 7,000 square feet of interior living space and 1,500 square feet of wraparound terraces, according to the paper; the sale price also includes a two-bedroom, two-bath lobby-level maisonette.

The combined monthly maintenance charge for both spaces is $21,000, the paper reports.

Moore purchased the penthouse with ex-husband Bruce Willis in 1990, from a Saturday Night Live producer, according to the paper. The couple substantially renovated it in a Southwestern Mission motif before their 2000 divorce.

The couple have remained amicable and were last seen together with daughter Rumer Willis, during the latter’s stint on this season of Dancing with the Stars.

The Times notes that the San Remo has been home to several stars, including Diane Keaton and Steven Spielberg. The only resident with a view to rival Moore’s penthouse? Bono.

Moore’s broker for the sale, Adam D. Modlin, described the penthouse as “the grandest residence in the south tower, the one that sits above all the others, a mansion in the clouds.”
