ARRESTED: Robert De Niro lookalike Joseph Manuella, 51, of Paramus, N.J., for impersonating the famous actor. The former New York City fireman, who has worked with his doppelganger in films “The Fan” and “Great Expectations,” accused of accepting discounts and other items after posing as De Niro, was charged on Wednesday and released on $100 bail . . . IN MEMORIAM: Fans of punk rock legend Joey Ramone descended on a community board meeting in Manhattan’s East Village yesterday to propose renaming a local street “Joey Ramone Place.” The site is the home to CBGBs, the legendary club where the rocker, who died of cancer in April, and his band frequently performed . . . EXPECTING: Geena Davis, 45, and new husband, doctor Reza Jarrahy, 30, will be parents in April, 2002. The “Thelma and Louise” star married her fourth husband this September. . . Chazz Palmienteri and wife Gianna Ranado are expecting a child in January. The 50-year-old actor, who recently appeared in “Down to Earth,” will be the father of a girl . . . RELEASED: Garth Brooks’s highly anticipated album, “Scarecrow,” hit the stores this week. The country star won’t tour to promote the new disk but will perform three concert specials to air on CBS this month. Brooks, 39, says he won’t do the tour circuit again until his three daughters are grown. His youngest, Allie, is 5 . . . ON THE BLOCK: J.R.R. Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings” archival documents go up for sale today at Christie’s in London. The collection of letters, proofs and first editions are expected to fetch up to $50,000 at auction.
