As the House of Representatives prepares to vote on articles of impeachment against President Clinton, a number of stars are rallying behind the chief executive. Included in that group of supporters is actor Robert De Niro, who has been lobbying congressmen to vote against impeaching Clinton. DeNiro spokesman Stan Rosenfield says the actor favors censure. “He’s a concerned citizen,” said Rosenfield (who isn’t sure how many lawmakers De Niro has phoned). “You can’t just wait for an election to express yourself.”
