Damon Dash Loses Custody of His Daughters to Ex-Wife Rachel Roy
The hip hop mogul did not show up to the custody hearing, PEOPLE confirms

Damon Dash and Rachel Roy‘s bitter custody dispute came to an end on Monday when Roy was awarded full custody of the couple’s two daughters, PEOPLE confirms.
According to court documents, Dash, 43, did not show up for the hearing, despite previously wanting full custody. Roy, 41, also received a three-year restraining order against her ex-husband.

In an acrimonious case, each of them had accused the other of being an unfit parent to daughters Ava, 15, and Tallulah, 6, TMZ reports.
At the hearing, Dash was granted supervised visitation with the two girls from 12-4 on Sunday afternoons.
