After six installments, “Survivor” is still going strong in the ratings — though not as strong as “CSI” or “American Idol,” according to Nielsen Media Research figures for last week.

Some 22.3 million people tuned in Sunday night to watch swimsuit model Jenna Morasca win “Survivor: The Amazon” Sunday night, while another reality show, ABC’s “Extreme Makeover,” proved a modest reality success , enough to earn its place in the struggling network’s schedule for next fall, reports the Associated Press.

FOX’s 10th year reunion for the graduates in “Beverly Hills, 90210” fell flat on its pretty behind, barely drawing 7 million viewers. Tori Spelling may have been wise to sit this one out.

The Top 10 shows for the week of May 5-11 were as follows:

1. “CSI,” CBS, 25.1 million viewers
2. “American Idol,” Wednesday, FOX, 22.7 million
3. “Survivor: Amazon,” finale, CBS, 22.3 million
4. “American Idol,” Tuesday, FOX, 22.2 million
5. “ER,” NBC, 22 million
6. “Everybody Loves Raymond,” CBS, 19.6 million
7. “Friends,” NBC, 19.6 million
8. “Survivor: Amazon,” CBS, 19 million
9. “Friends” special, NBC, 18.9 million
10. “Survivor: Amazon Reunion,” CBS, 17.6 million
