The country is still laughing about that 10-minute film shown over the weekend at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in Washington. Introduced by President Clinton, the satire showed him winding down his days in the White House . . . doing laundry, washing the car, packing Hillary’s lunch bag. And although the video was a hit in the laugh department, as with all things in Washington it also sparked debate — on how much time the most powerful person in the world spent making it. Some sources say two to three hours, others say five to six. Cost of the video, which was produced by “Everybody Loves Raymond” executive producer Phil Rosenthal: $12,000. No word yet on whether or not whoever financed it will be investigated.
