Dina Eastwood, who has a reality show with her husband's daughter, has checked into a facility in Arizona

Clint Eastwood’s wife Dina, who has starred with her daughter and stepdaughter in a reality show on E!, has entered treatment for depression and anxiety, PEOPLE has confirmed.

Dina, 47, checked into an undisclosed facility in Arizona. She is reportedly not being treated for substance abuse.

A former TV news anchor, Dina married her Hollywood husband, who is now 82, in 1996. They have a 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, together.

Dina is now the manager of the vocal band Overtone.

She and Morgan starred with Francesca Eastwood, 19, Clint’s daughter from a previous relationship – she was Miss Golden Globe 2013 – in the 2012 E! reality show Mrs. Eastwood & Company.

Clint was most recently spotted at the Neon Carnival during this month’s Coachella Music Festival.
