Silverman Published on February 14, 2006 09:00 AM Share Tweet Pin Email Christian Slater is seeking joint custody of his 4-year-old daughter Eliana and 6-year-old son Jaden with estranged wife Ryan Haddon, according to new documents in the actor’s ongoing divorce case. The papers, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by the Associated Press, also indicate that Slater, 36, wishes to divvy up property under terms of a written agreement between himself and Haddon, a TV producer. Those terms were not disclosed. Slater initially filed papers last February to dissolve his marriage. The couple married in 2000 and separated on Jan. 5, 2005, according to Slater’s original documents. His new papers state that the separation occurred on Jan. 1, 2004. Slater is currently on probation after prosecutors in New York dropped groping charges against him in September – provided he stays out of trouble for the next six months.
