When he’s not acting as a guardian of the galaxy, Chris Pratt is brightening children’s days.

Pratt, 35, paid a visit to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Southern California on Thursday morning, bonding with the kids and even bringing them toys.

The actor especially enjoyed his time with a girl named Emma, who has just successfully kicked leukemia. She painted him a picture, which he shared on Facebook.

This isn’t Pratt’s first visit to a children’s hospital. In August, he dressed up as his action alter-ego Peter Quill and surprised the patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles with a special screening of Guardians of the Galaxy.
