Chris Evans isn’t looking for a woman who always agrees with him.

The upcoming Avengers star, 30, says he’d much rather date someone who occasionally pushes his buttons.

“I like … girls who give me a hard time [and] bust my chops a little,” Evans tells Details magazine in their latest cover story.

“I like girls who aren’t so la-di-da. L.A. is so la-di-da.”

The actor – who says his bedroom wall as a child was covered with a poster of his first celebrity crush Sandra Bullock – also likes women who don’t look like they’re always ready for their close-up.

“I like wet hair and sweatpants,” he explains “I like sneakers and ponytails.”

But when it comes to getting emotional, he can’t knock a girl who has a case of teary eyes.

“I weep at everything,” he admits. “I emote. I love things so much. I just never want to dilute that.”

Part of his love includes his career, but he refuses to let it dominate the status of his overall well-being.

“I love acting,” he says. “It’s my playground, it let’s me explore. But my happiness in this world – my level of peace – is never going to be dictated by acting.”
