"With that first kiss and the pronouncement, they just lit up and everybody knew it was right," Shelton's close pal, singer Neal McCoy told PEOPLE.

After dating over a year, Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon walked down the aisle on March 26 and married entertainment agent Jim Toth in a private ceremony at her Ojai, Calif., estate. For their July 15 nuptials, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo surprised guests with invites in the form of plane tickets. "We told them they were going away and the attire was 'island chic.'
