The Teen Mom OG stars – whose romance has been documented by MTV’s cameras since 2009 – tied the knot at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan, on Saturday. Lowell and Baltierra’s wedding guests included their Teen Mom costars Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout. “With my lady @realamberlportwood__ celebrating cate & tyler’s wedding! lets do this,” Bookout wrote alongside a picture of herself and Portwood dressed in wedding-ready wear. Baltierra also shared a shot of himself in his wedding day tuxedo alongside his dad. Lowell and Baltierra were first introduced to audiences in MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, when Lowell became pregnant with the couple’s first child, Carly. The two ultimately decided to give the child up for adoption, but continued to document their post-baby life for MTV’s Teen Mom. The pair welcomed their second child, Novalee Reign, on New Year’s Day earlier this year. Lowell had been documenting her wedding preparations on Teen Mom OG, including her struggles with fitting into her wedding dress after giving birth.
