The moment the woman saw Casey Johnson in her guesthouse, she knew she was dead.

“She’s ice cold and her hands are turning blue,” the woman says, according to a tape of the 911 call. “I have two other people with me and we all think she’s dead.”

The caller, who was not identified, tells the emergency operator that the body of the 30-year-old woman is “in my guesthouse, so I need somebody right away.”

The woman is asked if she thinks it was a suicide.

“I don’t know if it’s a suicide,” the caller says. “Very often, her medication gets all screwed up. It’s probably because of that.”

Johnson, the heir to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical fortune, was found dead on the premises last Monday. A cause of death has not been determined.
