Chiu/AP A woman whose vehicle was hit in the fatal car accident involving Caitlyn Jenner in February, has filed a lawsuit against the Olympian formerly known as Bruce Jenner. Naming Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner in the civil case filed in Los Angeles on Monday, Jessica Steindorff is asking for compensatory and punitive damages. Kim Howe died in the multi-vehicle crash when her car was knocked into oncoming traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Steindorff claims in court papers obtained by PEOPLE that she suffered loss of wages and earning capacity, and hospital and medical expenses, with the amount demanded in the lawsuit exceeding $25,000. Jenner, 65, is also being sued for wrongful death by the two adult stepchildren of Howe, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The reality TV star released a statement in February calling the car crash “a devastating tragedy.”
