Caitlyn Jenner joined with another high-profile face of the transgender community when she recently visited with gender diverse kids at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Jenner, 65, and Chaz Bono met with the kids at the hospital's Center for Transyouth Health and Development, during a meeting of Transforming Family, a support group allowing families to explore gender identity issues to "create a society in which ALL children are respected and celebrated," according to the website. Bono has been volunteering with the organization since 2009.

The visit was filmed for Jenner's ongoing E! docuseries I Am Cait and will be featured in Sunday's episode.

Her work so far, and her own journey of discovery – as she meets with people such as Candis Cayne and Bono, 46 – about the array of obstacles many in the transgender community face, has been at the heart of her E! series.

As Jenner recently shared while meeting with trasngender young: "We're all beautiful!"

I Am Cait airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on E!
