The Munsters‘ Butch Patrick and Leila Murray are married, PEOPLE can exclusively confirm.
The 63-year-old actor and his wife exchanged vows at The Macon Roundhouse in Macon, Missouri, in front of 90 guests on Sunday. After the ceremony, the couple gushed about their big day.
“Butch and I had an amazing day with family and friends, some of whom traveled from far and near,” Murray tells PEOPLE. “We can’t express enough of our gratitude to family and friends and new found Macon friends.”
Murray wore her hair back and donned an ankle-length white dress and matching heels. Patrick sported a purple button down shirt, olive green pants and a white coat to the couple’s “picnic style” wedding ceremony. At the reception, guests dined at tables decorated in white and red gingham table cloths.
Murray added that her new husband’s childhood friend, singer Susan Cowsill performed a few of the couple’s favorite songs “to make the occasion even more special.”
Last week, Murray told PEOPLE about how the couple met.
“We met a few years ago briefly at an event through our mutual friend, legendary [automobile designer] George Barris,” she says. “We reconnected this year while Butch was doing an event in Florida on his tour with his Munster Koach and Dragula Tribute Cars. It’s one of those chance bonds in life that rarely happens between two people and it was meant to be.”
As for now, Murray says the couple looks forward to the future.
“We [are] looking forward to a long life together and a new journey.”
