Buscemi, Vaughn Recovering

Here’s the update on actors Steve Buscemi and Vince Vaughn, who were both allegedly involved in a barroom brawl in Wilmington, N.C., last Thursday that left Buscemi hospitalized and Vaughn arrested. They were in town to film the new movie “Domestic Disturbance,” also starring John Travolta. This weekend, said publicist Staci Wolf, Buscemi was “at home in New York, and he’s going to be okay.” Vaughn was said to be home in L.A. Meanwhile, police are still investigating the cause of the fight, which they said broke out around 2:30 a.m. outside the Firebelly Lounge. Vaughn and screenwriter Scott Rosenberg were arrested on misdemeanor fighting charges. Local resident Timothy Fogerty, 21, was also arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, after witnesses told police he instigated the brawl and allegedly stabbed Buscemi. He was released from jail Thursday after posting $50,000 bond.
