The Broadway for Orlando benefit single doesn’t drop until Monday, but PEOPLE’s List aired a sneak peek on ABC Saturday night.

In the clip, the A-list chorus – from legends like Lin-Manuel Miranda, Carole King, Audra McDonald to Jessie Mueller, Matthew Broderick and Sean Hayes – can be heard belting the 1965 hit “What the World Needs Now Is Love.”

A PEOPLE reporter was in the studio when the theater stars gathered Wednesday night in New York City to record the track.

SiriusXM Radio host Seth Rudetsky and his husband, producer James Wesley, organized the tribute fundraiser in the wake of the June 12 shooting at Orlando LGBT nightclub Pulse.

One-hundred percent of the proceeds from sales of the song – available to preorder for $1.99 on BroadwayRecords.com – will go to benefit the LGBT Center of Central Florida.
