The animated Britney Spears is about to make her bow – at an online cocktail party, no less.

The pop star’s latest video, an animated clip for her new single “Break the Ice,” is debuting Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. ET at the Web site BlackoutBall.com, her label, Jive Records, has announced.

According to the label, access to the video will only be permitted once fans discover and enter two passwords, available only on Wednesday on the BlackoutBall.com site. Once inside, fans will get to “mingle” with fellow party goers until the anime Britney (dressed as a futuristic, bodysuit-clad superhero) makes her debut.

The clip itself was directed by Robert Hales, who was behind Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” video.
