Life as a mom-to-be agrees with Britney Spears, she says in a posting on her Web site.

“Eating for two is so much fun; I get to eat lots and lots!” writes the pregnant pop princess, adding that she and husband Kevin Federline “ate at some amazing restaurants in Scottsdale” during a “peaceful and relaxing” two-week vacation in Arizona.

It was on April 12 that Britney posted on her site: “The time has finally come to share our wonderful news that we are expecting our first child together.”

As for her impending UPN reality TV series Britney and Kevin: Chaotic, which is set to debut May 17, Spears says in her latest update: “Doing a documentary series seemed like the last thing I would do. … And putting ourselves out there seemed crazy, but that is exactly when I realized I should do it. The craziest things I’ve ever done have always been for the best.”

Spears, 23, and Federline, 27, married last September, and as she also writes in her posting: “So much happened last year much too fast and I really wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to reflect on all of it. It’s like my own therapy. I hope you guys enjoy our little project! We are having so much fun putting it all together.”

Meanwhile, the online casino operation, Golden Palace, has paid a reported $5,001 for Britney’s actual pregnancy test, according to the Associated Press.

Golden Palace made the purchase from an Ottawa radio station, which claimed the test was retrieved from the trash outside her Los Angeles hotel room.

Besides this medical finding, Golden Palace’s other unusual purchases in the past, as aired on Monday’s Today show, include a cheese sandwich resembling the Virgin Mary and a Doritos chip that some people believe looks like the Pope’s hat.
