Boston Legal actress Monica Potter is pregnant, PEOPLE has learned.
Potter’s rep, Beth Walker Ehrich, confirms the baby news, saying, “She is due in the fall.”
Potter, 33, is engaged to the father-to-be, boyfriend Chris Allison, a Los Angeles doctor. The couple, who met a mutual friend’s party, plan to marry, but “there is no date set,” Ehrich says.
Potter has appeared in such films as Con Air and Patch Adams.
