Pat Houston was spotted making funeral arrangements for her late niece Bobbi Kristina Brown on Thursday amid family conflict surrounding the memorial plans.

Houston, the wife of Whitney Houston’s brother Gary, was seen leaving the Saint James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, just two days before a funeral service for the 22-year-old is expected to take place there.

Brown died surrounded by her family on Sunday, nearly six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Roswell, Georgia, home on Jan. 31.

In regards to the funeral, a source recently told PEOPLE that “things are constantly changing” because the Browns and Houstons are “still not happy and on the same page.”

As the family tries to sort out plans, Leolah Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt, lashed out at Pat Houston on Facebook.

Apart from the funeral, Houston may host another get-together for the family. A rental truck was seen dropping off chairs and grills at her home on Thursday.

In addition to Houston, police were seen leaving the church on Thursday – the funeral will need a security plan, as it is expected to draw fans and media attention.

Brown will be buried next to her mother on Monday in Westfield, New Jersey, after the funeral in Georgia.
