Those who follow Blake Shelton on Twitter know the ins-and-outs of his drunken adventures, from the streets of L.A. to Taco Bell (and even in elevators).

“It’s just a way to say something ridiculous,” The Voice coach, 35, tells Parade of his not-so-sober tell-alls. “Yeah, I drink a lot, but I’m not drunk every night.”

His drink of choice? Bacardi rum mixed with Crystal Light. Another favorite swill: “Blake-aritas,” or Bacardi mixed with Sprite Zero, which were served up at his engagement party with now-wife Miranda Lambert, 27, last September.

And in the spirit of his love for fine spirits, guests at the couple’s May wedding were treated to a Southern staple: moonshine.

“Back when I was younger, that was a funny thing to do – take a shot of moonshine,” he recalls. “I don’t do it anymore. It will rot your insides out. But people who hadn’t done it were trying it – and I’m sure they were regretting it the next day.”
