Remind us to never give up on our dreams.

If this lanky, fluffy Bedlington terrier can learn how to ride a tricycle – front paws on the handles, back paws (almost) on the pedals, bottom on the seat – we can most definitely accomplish anything we put our minds to.

According to the YouTube video posted on Monday, 3-year-old Barry loved playing on skateboards when he was just a young puppy. His owner, Wayne Sowerby, noticed the dog’s natural talents, so he “started gently pushing him on it, and it just went from there.”

When Barry first sat on a trike, the connection was immediate.

“When we moved away, he just carried on sitting there, and we thought, ‘What’s going on here?'” Sowerby said, according to the video description.

Now, the dog can basically ride on his own – with a little help from his two humans, who steer the bike from afar with two thin ropes attached to the handles.
