Ariana Grande may be known for the song “Tattooed Heart,” but it’s her neck that she’s been focusing on lately.

Just a month after getting the words “mille tendresse” tattooed on the back of her neck (it’s a quote from Breakfast at Tiffany’s meaning “a thousand tendernesses”), the singer has added a moon shape under her left ear.

The symbolism of the moon for the 21-year-old isn’t totally clear, though she did write the words “moon baby” on Twitter, linking to the Instagram photo, which was simply captioned with the crescent moon emoji.

Grande does have a few other tattoos. She has the word “bellissima,” Italian for “beautiful,” on the left side of her rib cage in honor of her grandfather. And she has a heart shape tattooed on the second toe of her right foot, which she got in 2012 while recording her debut album.
