Bernie Cullen, a 30-year-old graduate student from Santa Barbara, Calif., was the eighth winner of the $1 million prize on Sunday night’s episode of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” and the second big winner last week. He correctly identified “N” as the letter that must appear at the beginning of the registration number for all non-military aircraft in the U.S. Like Kevin Olmstead, the Michigan engineer who on Tuesday won $2.18 million on “Millionaire,” Cullen was also a past winner on TV’s “Jeopardy!”
