Nods in 10 of 24 categories will be revealed Feb. 2 on live television

Anne Hathaway will soon deliver news that Hollywood has waited all year to hear.

The Rachel Getting Married actress will join Academy President Tom Sherak to announce this year s Oscar nominations on Feb. 2.

Hathaway and Sherak will reveal nominees in 10 of the 24 categories for the most coveted award in film.

The press conference will be held at 8:30 a.m. ET at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills and aired live.

Hathaway, 27, plays the White Queen in Tim Burton s remake of Alice in Wonderland and also stars in Valentine s Day and Love and Other Drugs.

The 82nd Academy Awards will be broadcast March 7 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
