More bad blood in the blue-blooded world of Anna Nicole Smith’s in-laws. The Associated Press reports that yet another feud is heating up between the former Playboy centerfold — and current E! star — and E. Pierce Marshall, the son of Smith’s late oil tycoon husband, J. Howard Marshall (who was 63 years Smith’s senior). This latest episode in a long line of disagreements between Smith, 34, and the surviving Marshall, 63, reputedly flared up after Smith gave an urn containing half of her late hubby’s ashes a tour of her home on a recent installment of “The Anna Nicole Show.” “This is the fireplace. See?” Smith said, holding back tears as she cradled a box containing Marshall’s cremated remains as she was accompanied by her lipstick-smeared attorney, Howard K. Stern. “This is the kitchen. Food. I have money now,” continued Smith as the TV cameras followed her. In 1995, a judge ruled that Marshall’s ashes should be divided evenly between Smith and E. Pierce Marshall, the AP reports. (Smith and Marshall were married for 14 months.) Said Marshall in a statement reported by the AP: “I think the public will conclude that this plus-sized model and her lipstick-covered attorney don’t have an ounce of decency or credibility between them.” In rebuttal, Stern issued his own statement, according to the news service: “E. Pierce should just pay the money he owes, mind his own business and let Anna Nicole move on with her life.” In March, U.S. District Court Judge David Carter awarded Smith nearly $89 million from her late husband’s estate, as reported at the time. E. Pierce Marshall fought her every step of the way.
