The case has now also been referred to the FBI, which has jurisdiction because the alleged incident happened while they were flying from France to their home in L.A. The allegations are all the more shocking because there seemed to be few hints of trouble during the couple’s 12-year relationship and two-year marriage. They were last seen together in July making celebrating the birthday of their two youngest children, 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, with an intimate family breakfast in Los Angeles.
