Don’t mess with Amy Schumer.

The comedian is known for her outspoken personality and ruthless sense of humor, so when a heckler interrupted her stand-up performance on Sunday night at the latest stop on Funny Or Die’s Oddball Comedy Festival sponsored by Southern Comfort in Irvine, California , her reaction was no surprise.

Fresh off her Saturday Night Live hosting gig, Schumer, 34, was bragging about her “dream come true” night during the stand-up act. A few minutes later, however, an audience member started yelling from her seat, and the comedian broke from her routine and proceeded to warn the woman to stop heckling.

When the audience member allegedly continued to disrupt the show, Schumer asked security to escort the woman and her friend out for the remainder of her set.

As security led them out, the crowd applauded while Schumer shrugged and returned to her stand-up act – and finished a joke about having dinner at an awards show with Stephen Colbert, Mindy Kaling and Katie Couric.

The comedian was not rattled by the incident and continued with her set, sipping on a martini in between jokes, as if nothing had happened.
