People Editorial Guidelines Published on November 18, 2014 02:05 PM Share Tweet Pin Email The Holderness family of Raleigh, North Carolina, are back with a new holiday earworm that will get stuck in your head until New Year’s Day. This time, the enthusiastic family ditched their infamous matching #XMAS Jammies and replaced them with sticks of butter for “All About That Baste,” a Thanksgiving parody of Meghan Trainor‘s hit “All About That Bass.” Papa Holderness croons about the hardships of being a poor chef on one of the biggest culinary holidays of the year. Banned by his wife from making pie, casserole or stuffing, dad is left to tend to the bird, and that means lots of basting and #morebutter. It’s hard to say just how much butter goes into the Holderness family’s basting routine, but, based on this video, we guess about 17 to 23 sticks. [IMAGE
