Billionaire Mohamed Al Fayed, whose son Dodi died in the car crash that also killed Princess Diana, has once again been rejected for British citizenship, the British Home Office said Thursday. Home Secretary Jack Straw made the decision after receiving new information from the Egyptian-born owner of Harrods department store about his application, a statement issued by the department said, giving no further details. Al Fayed told reporters that he would fight the “unjust” ruling.
