'That Show Is Not About Music': Adele Says She Turned Down the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show

Bad news for Adele fans.
The singer, 28, officially shot down rumors that she will be performing during the 2017 Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show.
“First of all, I’d like to say that I’m not doing the Super Bowl,” Adele told the audience at her Los Angeles show on Saturday. “I mean, come on, that show is not about music. And I don’t really put on… I don’t dance or anything like that. They were very kind, they did ask me, but I did say no.”
The “Hello” singer joked that she might perform after releasing her next album.

She also denied rumors that she is pregnant.
“I’m sorry, but maybe next time,” she told the crowd. “I’ll put out a dance album next time. Maybe I’ll do it then.”
“Of course I’m not pregnant!” she said. “F—ing stupid rumors. I just wanted to clear up that rumor before it got any further.”
