Charlie Sheen was in pain and heavily under the influence when 911 was called on the morning of Jan. 27 after an alleged two-days of partying, according to the call tape released Wednesday by the L.A. City Fire Department.

“I just got a call from the residence of Charlie Sheen,” his neighbor, Dr. Paul Nassif, is heard saying. “They’re saying don’t call 911 … They got him on the phone and he was very, very intoxicated and also apparently in a lot of pain.”
