Cindy Crawford is definitely aging gracefully – but that doesn’t mean she’s enjoying it.

“I wish I could say it was easy,” Crawford reveals of getting older in her new book, Becoming, out today.

The supermodel, who turns 50 in February, says watching her daughter Kaia Gerber, 14, break into the fashion industry has made maturing in years particularly bittersweet.

“I always tease my daughter – who everyone agrees, is a mini-me – and say ‘You have my old hair – I want it back!’ or, ‘You have my old legs – I want them back,’ ” she said. “She just giggles and says ‘It’s my turn now.’ ”

The star isn’t done posing for the camera just yet, though. She’s even still open to nude shoots! Crawford says she doesn’t think beauty has an expiration date and she’ll only stop doing nude shoots when people stop asking her to do them.

Regardless, Crawford says she sometimes feels like she’s lost the sense of her old self, but deals with life changes by focusing on the present.

In turn, that attitude has helped her to feel gratitude for what she does have – her marriage with Rande Gerber and a fulfilling and inspiration relationship with Kaia and son Presley, 16.
