Ladies, the Twitter-verse wants you to be proud of your body.

Curvy women everywhere are encouraging all sizes to embrace and celebrate their figures with selfies and a special hashtag, #PlusSizeAppreciation.

The plus-size appreciation tag, which popped up earlier this week, is the latest body-image trend to spark online conversation.

The Internet rallying comes in on the heels of the recent #dadbod and #mombod fads, in addition to the controversy surrounding Protein World’s “Are you beach body ready?” advertisements.

But this concept is upbeat and simple: Users Tweet photos of themselves using the special hashtag, along with inspiring, body-positive captions.

“Being ‘fat’ shouldn’t be an insult,” one advocate Tweeted on Saturday.

Another wrote, “Power. Ambition. Confidence. Strength. I have it all.”
