Plus-size model Tess Holliday is proving that having a bikini body is actually quite easy.

Holliday, 29, has teamed up with British fashion brand Simply Be‘s #SimplyBekini campaign, which is empowering women to love their bodies as they are and encouraging them to share their own bikini pictures.

The size-22 Mississippi native filmed a cheeky video for campaign that shows her contemplating how to get a bikini body and coming up with a very simple solution – putting a bikini on her body!

In the next frame, she proudly dons a black and white patterned bikini while holding up a sign with the #SimplyBekini hashtag.

“I hope #SimplyBekini inspires women to love themselves and their wobbly bits,” she said on the brand’s American website. “All women need to do to get a bikini body is to put a bikini on, then they’re ready to hit the beach!

“There is no such thing as a perfect body and the hardest barrier for women to overcome is themselves,” she continued. “And no wonder, considering the skinny body ideals that are portrayed widely across the media today.”

Holliday – who is the first model of her size to score a major modeling contract – has previously spoken about being comfortable in her skin, and says she isn’t at all persuaded to lose weight by people who criticize her for her size.

“When people are telling you, ‘You’re fat and gross,’ it does the complete opposite,” she told PEOPLE in May. “At the end of the day, they’re not paying my bills.”
