On Monday, Polizzi, 27, posted an Instagram video of her “gym squad” – Kevin Jonas and trainer Anthony Michael – working out, giving totally new meaning to the term “group fitness”: Polizzi did arm exercises with a rope while Jonas and Michael powered through some intense push-up-jump combos.
While Polizzi admits she loves looking and feeling good, her intense post-pregnancy fitness regime is not just for her benefit.
“Even though I want to be healthy for myself and it feels great to be healthy, I mainly want to do it for my kids,” Polizzi told PEOPLE in May. “I just really want to be a fit mom. I want to be able to keep up with them, run after them.”

Polizzi tries to hit the gym four times a week for 45-minute to hour-long sessions. And, naturally, the former reality star posts Instagrams chronicling her workouts almost as frequently as she posts selfies – which is to say, a lot.
“I would try and go every single day but it’s just hard with the kids,” she said of her fitness routine. And when she can’t squeeze in quality gym time with a Jonas brother, she finds creative ways to get her heart pumping. “I’ll take the kids for a walk around the block and try and do something.”
