Rumer Willis has been getting just as much attention for her extremely toned body as for her dancing skills as a contestant on this season of Dancing with the Stars.

Willis, 26, credits her figure to a healthy diet, admitting that before she joined the dancing competition show she didn’t really work out (but performed regularly in the stage show For the Record). Now, though, she rehearses four to five hours a day.

“I look at myself and I’m like, ‘I’m fit! I should be able to do this!’,” she tells PEOPLE. “Then I’m like, ‘No you’re not, you’re just skinny. You should be at the gym working your legs and working your abs and your back.'”

While she’s far from a gym rat, she is very conscious about what she eats.

“I don’t really eat dairy, no gluten, and I don’t really eat red meat,” she says. “It’s half the reason why I’m in the shape the way I am.”

The eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore says her diet usually consists of chicken, leafy greens and avocados, though she does have a couple of indulgences.

“I have a gnarly sweet tooth and I eat a lot of Haribo gummy bears,” she admits. “It’s my thing.”

She also has a weakness for French fries.

“French fries are my guilty pleasure,” she says. “I’m such a snob for fries – [I] hunt and search for all the best fries places ever!”
