Rosie Huntington-Whitely gave fans a peek at her grueling workout routine – and we’re sweating from just watching the clip!

The 28-year-old supermodel shared a high-speed snippet of a training session at Body by Simone on her Instagram, proving just how much work she puts it to maintain that enviably toned physique.

In the video, the English stunner can be seen in black leggings and a sports bra while jumping around doing various cardio exercises, using ankle weights, balancing through jackknifes on the stability ball, stretching out with yoga and more.

“Sweating it out @bodybysimone with my girl @errrrrrrka #GetItGirl #Strength #Power #Vitality,” the Mad Max: Fury Road actress captioned the sped-up video, giving a shout-out to her Los Angeles Body by Simone trainer Erica Hood.

Often spotted sipping a green juice and exiting the gym in her chic workout wear, Huntington-Whitely is devoted to her healthy regimen.

“Beauty for me is about a good workout routine,” the stylish Brit said in the April edition of The Violet Files.

But she’s also a major believer in allowing the occasional (and well-deserved) indulgence now and then.

“I don’t want to be that miserable girl pushing a salad around my plate. When I go out with friends, I enjoy myself. At home, I might have some scrambled eggs with some spinach,” she explained. “But, you know, then I ll go and eat dinner and have loads of roast potatoes at Madeo. I couldn t live life just restrictive all the time. It’s just no fun to me. That’s not a way to live.”
