Aside from posing in a bikini for PEOPLE after going under the knife last November, Heidi Montag said no one had seen her surgically enhanced body in swimwear. That all changed Saturday.

The Hills star, joined by her husband Spencer Pratt, hosted the grand opening of the Liquid pool Saturday, unveiling her bikini body in a public setting for the first time since she had 10 surgeries last November.

“I’m not nervous at all,” she told PEOPLE upon entering the pool at Aria. “I’ve been working out really hard and I’ve been through a lot so I’m very ready for this moment.”

As if on cue, Montag doffed a sarong and unveiling a bedazzled bikini from her swimsuit line as her song “Body Language” was played overhead.

“I haven’t been in a bikini since my new body and of course I’m wearing my own designs so I’m excited to show the world,” she said.

Appearing happy with her body, Montag smiled and posed for photos, seeming confident – all while surrounded by six personal bodyguards and Pratt, who donned military-style fatigues and combat boots to the party.

Now that she’s revealed her body in time for bikini season, she says she’s ready to start work on a number of projects, most of which she can’t talk about. One thing she’s ready to leave behind – The Hills.

“Thank God it’s ending,” she said. “I think we’re all ready for it to be done.”
