One Arizona man proved that all things are “possible” – he used Walmart to lose 330 lbs.

Pasquale “Pat” Brocco, who now goes by “Possible Pat,” began his weight-loss journey three years ago after a doctor told him that his weight of 605 lbs. – along with his high blood pressure and high cholesterol – could put his life in danger, ABC News reports.

“My stomach was down to my thighs. My chest was hanging down here,” the Avondale man told ABC. “I was disgusted.”

Brocco decided that whenever he became hungry, he would walk to and from the nearest Walmart, which was one mile away.

“You walk to Walmart three times a day, and you end up walking six miles,” he said. “It’s amazing because I never walked six miles in my life and I was doing it everyday.”

He said he lost about 200 lbs. in two years thanks to his walks to and from Walmart.

Next the 31-year-old added gym visits to his routine and changed his diet, going from 11,000 calories a day to about 2,250. And he documented his journey on social media along the way.

“I lost 330lbs without getting surgery just staying focus [sic] eating clean and working my a— off!” Brocco captioned a photo collage of his body during different stages of his weight loss journey earlier this month. “It’s not just wanting to change we have to believe we can change, if anyone is going to believe in you start with yourself.”

His journey has landed him more than 90,000 Instagram followers.

Now Brocco is 275 lbs., according to an Instagram post. Most recently he has undergone skin removal surgery to get rid of 30 lbs. of excess skin.

Brocco underwent the surgery last week and is recovering, ABC reports.
